WITH almost 100 episodes of Inside Agri-Turf completed, it is my intention that regular episodes remain free from 'third-party' ads so as to maintain editorial independence
Podcast listeners regularly describe these 'commercials' as 'annoying' or 'infuriating' when dropped randomly into a conversation or interview
However, I receive regular enquiries to produce exclusive podcasts for companies or organisations

The podcast market is growing at an incredible rate. Since 2017, the estimated number of listeners in the UK has risen from 8.9m to 21.2m in 2022 and is projected to rise to 28.1m by 2026 (Statista Research). Podcasts are easily accessible, convenient listening - and ideal for niche subjects that would not find a home on mainstream radio.
Launched during lockdown in 2020, Inside Agri-Turf has notched up over 90 episodes and has featured over 100 guests. It's target market is the land-based engineering market comprising products and services for farming, garden, forestry, amenity, sports facilities and golf courses. WHAT ARE BRANDED PODCASTS?
They are a bespoke podcast produced exclusively for your company or organisation which speaks directly to your chosen audience - and ours. It would normally consist of a conversation between the host, Chris Biddle and a key member of your company/organisation talking about latest news, product launches, anniversaries, future events, product advice - the subject matter is your choice.
HOW LONG SHOULD A PODCAST BE?
As long as it needs to be. However, bear in mind the attention span of listeners. Research indicates that the most popular podcast length is between 20 and 40 minutes.
HOW SHOULD I PROMOTE IT?
Each episode has a unique URL, with a dedicated page containing a description of the speakers, the subject matter, links to appropriate websites, email and phone numbers. There is also a podcast player (see Autoguide below) with photo or logo. You can then include the episode URL (and embed the podcast player) in newsletters, on your website, in emails and on social media.
WHAT IF I NEED TO PRODUCE A SERIES OF PODCASTS?
If you are thinking of producing four or more podcasts during the year, then we can provide a dedicated website for you with company info and all your podcasts exclusively listed. Ask for more details
WHAT WILL IT COST?
Each podcast, or series of podcasts will be quoted individually, but as a quide a podcast of 20-30 minutes would cost from £595 inclusive of planning, scripting, recording over Zoom, editing, producing a preview of episode for approval and hosting.
Wiltshire specialist engineering company, Autoguide, wanted to commemorate the 100th anniversary of its cricket pitch roller used at leading Test Match, First Class and Club grounds around the world.
We recorded an interview with the company's founder Richard Robinson who provided the history and the detail that goes into the manufacturing of each machine.
Then customer, Gary Barwell, Head of Sports Turf at Edgbaston, venue for many pulsating Test Matches talked about the 'art of rolling' and how the Autoroller was his roller of choice.
